Venetian Music Online is a scientific platform dedicated to research on music in Venice and its historical territories, and the history of Venetian musical culture in its European dimension.
Conceived both as a collection of open-access studies, critical editions, databases and other digital materials (audio, video etc.), and as a receptacle for online contents in connection with the new Venetian Music Studies series published by Brepols (Turnhout), it aims to provide scholars with a useful and versatile tool for the dissemination of the results of their scientific activities.
Proposals are peer-reviewed by members of the international editorial board.
